Staff Tributes

Show your appreciation for a CCSD15 staff member through a Staff Tribute 

donation in their name to the one-five Foundation! 

Donate $10 in a staff member's name and they will receive a personalized card

with your message of appreciation during the month of May!

Tributes must be submitted no later than Friday, May 12

Your donation will help fund the one-five Foundation's efforts to enhance the District 15 experience for both students and staff members. The one-five Foundation is a non-profit organization run entirely by District 15 community members and is the official foundation of CCSD15. Our mission is to partner with District 15 educators and administration to "acquire resources to be used for programs and projects to enhance and supplement the educational experience of District 15 students."

Please submit your $10 donation through PayPal (https://www.paypal.me/onefiveFoundation) or Venmo (@onefiveFoundation) and complete a brief online form to submit your personalized message and process your Staff Tribute. Be sure to put Staff Tribute for [staff member name] from [donor] in the comment box when you submit your payment.
